Rooted and Built Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
  • During high-volume periods (like holidays or major sales), processing may take up to [4–5] business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: [3–5] business days — $5.25 (or FREE on orders over $150)
  • Expedited Shipping: [1–2] business days — $15.00
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our warehouse.
  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • Rooted & Built is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages
  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately and contact us at nlovelace07@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but misplaced or stolen. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location.
